About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and content marketing channels
- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to optimize marketing efforts and report on ROI
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of marketing activities
- Manage the marketing budget for the Spanish market, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation
- Enhance IG's brand presence in Spain through strategic brand positioning, messaging, partnerships, and events
- Plan and execute online and in-person events, coordinating with sales to leverage events for lead generation and retention

Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing successful marketing plans and campaigns in the Spanish market
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience developing accurate and complete briefs for critical projects and campaigns
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing local and regional stakeholders
- Around 3-5 years of work experience in marketing
- Fully proficient Spanish speaker, advanced English language skills
As an Advantage:
- Proven experience in the financial industry within marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
