Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to senior management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts, analyzing budget variances and providing actionable insights to business units.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial metrics and provide regular updates and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Cost Control: Implement and maintain effective cost control measures, collaborating with business units to identify cost-saving opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
