About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Strategist to join our Innovation Hub team at Semrush. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and adoption of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound marketing and lifecycle communications for various products in the Innovation Hub Unit.
  • Manage, optimize, and measure performance throughout the product funnel and user journey from activation to conversion & retention.
  • Ideate and execute new user journey experiments and A/B tests for conversion optimization together with product teams.
  • Develop cross-functional partnerships across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Brand Marketing, and other key teams.
  • Drive competitive analysis and marketing research. Create customer personas that represent our target customer's characteristics, behaviors, and needs, and so influence and guide messaging and positioning efforts.
  • Lead user interviews and translate user feedback into product and marketing improvements.
  • Lead marketing materials production: emails, landing pages, videos, banners, and decks – together with design, content, and video production teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product-driven SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record in successful growth product projects.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Cross-collaboration & Sales enablement experience.
  • Data-driven.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A smart relationship-builder.
  • Excellent English.

About the Team

The Innovation Hub is a space within our company where we try new hypotheses, work on new ideas, conduct research, and grow potentially successful products. We have several teams in the Innovation Hub now, each with their own focus, niche, idea for a product (for example, some projects focus on content marketing, some on the SMM, and so on).
