At Hempel, we're doubling our impact by moving fast and embracing new challenges. We need a process owner and project manager who will shape and standardize our service operations processes.
Be part of a global teamAs a global leader in coatings and paints, we seek an experienced professional to lead cross-functional projects, implement process improvements, and drive impactful changes across the organization.
This role reports directly to our Service Projects and Process Director and is based in either Polinyá - Spain or Lyngby – Denmark office. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and work daily with colleagues and customers from around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic projects to optimize service operations with proven business cases.
- Align service processes with business objectives to improve performance.
- Design, standardize, and improve processes for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies, including value stream mapping and Lean tools.
- Maintain detailed process documentation, including overviews and workflows.
- Owning and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for services.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in consultancy, project management, or process improvement.
- Sector experience in Services, Technical, and/or Coatings, particularly in Marine, Energy, and Infrastructure, is highly valued.
- Strong skills in documentation, presentation, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a focus on digital enablement and process automation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
