Job Description

The Electronic and Networking System Engineer will be responsible for defining product architectures and designs based on customer security requirements, standards, and risk assessments. This individual will analyze and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and customer expectations. Working closely with various stakeholders, including authorities, customers, lead engineers, competency centers, partners, and suppliers, this person will drive the achievement of product security milestones across different programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the definition of airborne systems during the development phase.
  • Define product security requirements.
  • Propose security solutions to meet requirements, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Conduct formal compliance processes, including security evaluation, certification, and accreditation processes, following applicable criteria and methodologies and national/international security regulations, focusing on Common Criteria.
  • Collaborate with System and Safety teams to support Airworthiness Certification activities.
  • Conduct security risk assessments on products, including threat and vulnerability assessments.
