Partner Growth and Business Development Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven salesperson to join our team as a Partner Growth and Agility Specialist. This role will be part of our brand new "New Partner Team" in our Madrid office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the set-up and onboarding of conventional lodging properties within the assigned territory.
- Maximize the production potential from their participation in the Expedia marketplace by leveraging Expedia Group's unique data insights.
- Call leads and educate potential properties on Expedia's unique value proposition.
- Execute on high-value conventional lodging leads from fresh leads and untouched opportunities within target markets.
- Build the portfolio of hotel partners and facilitate their onboarding process.
- Educate partners on competitive hotel products (content, rates, and availability).
- Advise partners on lodging rates and availability during high demand periods.
- Employ active listening to adapt responses to local market conditions.
- Share best practices within the team to achieve overall targets.
- Promote hotel partners' engagement with Expedia's market insights, revenue management tools, marketing opportunities, and self-service tools.
- Conduct follow-up calls with new partners to maximize their potential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-2 years relevant work experience; commercial experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language and/or Arabic.
