Business Analyst Job Description

At Shiseido, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving key sell-in/sell-out and business data analysis across all channels, contributing to more informed decisions in a truly omnichannel landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the teams with data analysis, harmonizing tools across the business to ensure simplification and faster decisions.
  • Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Determine risks and opportunities of the business.
  • Establish good working relationships with key internal & external stakeholders and further develop partnerships.
  • Ensure the flow of information (files, processes, SharePoint, BPC) with the rest of the departments and with international headquarters.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with 2-3 years' experience.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to roll up the sleeves and work on multiple projects.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Willing and motivated to face issues and difficulties.
