Papernest is a French startup that helps individuals manage their contracts and subscriptions. As an HR Assistant, you will support employees and managers in understanding and utilizing HR tools, processes, and policies to maximize organizational effectiveness and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run all HR processes to ensure their rigorous management and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Support the Operations Department and Staffing Business Units in implementing a cohesive people plan aligned with the business strategy.
  • Assist the HR team in building and ensuring best-in-class processes are applied in the business.

About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR management or an HR generalist role.
  • Good knowledge of Spanish administrations and legislation.
  • Spanish native speaker, fluent in English, and French is a plus.
