Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Universal Leaf Philippines, Inc. as a key member of our financial operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of accountants and financial analysts to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems, including inventory management and in-house programs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
