Job Description

As a seasoned Finance Business Partner, you will be the driving force behind our organization's financial performance. Your expertise in financial analysis and decision-making will enable you to support and challenge internal stakeholders to increase business success.

You will be responsible for tracking commercial performance, providing insightful financial reports and analyses, and working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and address challenges.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical and commercially aware individual who can manage their workload effectively and work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

  1. Financial leadership and analysis

  3. Reporting and forecasting
  4. Functional leadership and stakeholder management
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent)
  • Finance experience in a dynamic, professional business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build effective working relationships at all levels
