About This Role

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Excursion Operations Coordinator to join our team.
  • As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring all reservations are managed efficiently and suppliers receive them on time.
  • You will oversee the operation during excursion days and provide support, gathering and feedback information on any incidents or accidents that may occur.
  • Your role will involve managing and loading all bookings into the system, maintaining supplier relations and expectations, and guaranteeing that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
  • You will also be responsible for managing amendments, communicating them to the Service delivery team and suppliers, and optimizing costs and load factor.
  • In addition, you will load pick-up times into the system and pre-order attraction entrance tickets, including cash reconciliation.
