The Role
We are seeking a charismatic and energetic Member Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading club tours, and promoting our fitness programs to members and guests. If you are a friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented individual who is passionate about fitness and helping others, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
As a Member Service Representative, your duties will include:

  • Providing warm welcomes to all guests and delivering friendly member check-ins
  • Conducting fun, informative, and results-focused club tours
  • Assisting with membership sales, food and beverage sales, and opening/closing POS drawer
  • Participating in meetings and club events

Requirements
We are looking for an individual who is out-going, enthusiastic, coachable, and full of energy. A passion for fitness and helping others is a must. Preferred qualifications include customer service, sales, and/or hospitality experience. MSRs are expected to work 3 shifts per week, generally lasting between 3 and 6 hours each. CPR/AED certification is also required.
