Key Responsibilities:

  • Support key partnerships within C&B to deliver against value, purpose, and future-fit goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies for procurement of respective portfolios and select suppliers that meet business needs.
  • Work closely with S&I to collect, monitor, and manage market information, providing analysis and price forecasts.
  • Support accurate price forecasting, preparing information on purchase prices and conditions for budgeting and cash forecasting.
  • Identify metrics, tools, and processes to optimize sourcing, supplier activities, and efficiencies.
  • Support innovation launch and new product development with Ice Cream Business.
  • Drive key initiatives such as Sustainable Sourcing, NDPE, RSP, aligned with Unilever Sustainable Living Plan.
  • Support complexity reduction, harmonization of specifications and suppliers.
  • Work with IC R&D teams to drive supplier approvals and savings reformulations.
  • Deliver cost savings based on sourcing strategies, compliance management, and cash targets.
  • Manage supply chain issues, including crisis management.
  • Measure and manage overall performance of suppliers.
  • Improve ways of working and optimize procurement activities.
  • Support strategic initiatives across Ice Cream Procurement Team based on Lighthouse Strategy.

Requirements:

  • University degree.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Procurement is a plus.
