Job Summary

The Treasury Senior Financial Analyst supports the Global Treasury Operations team, providing coverage globally and adhering to standard processes, procedures, and policies. This role is responsible for various activities ensuring daily run and maintain operations within the Global Treasury team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bank Documentation: Preparation, review, and management of banking agreements and contracts (opening, closing, KYC ...).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Coordination with legal and compliance teams for document execution.
  • Liaising with legal and compliance teams for high-stakes documentation.
  • Review of complex banking agreements, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Capital Markets confirmation and settlement.
  • Preparation and review of Guarantees and Billing.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Common understanding and knowledge of financial instruments.
  • Excel user is desired.
  • Advanced communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with external (banks) and internal customers (other functions).
  • Experiences: 2+ years of experience in a financial environment is preferred, but we also seek demonstrable evidence of your ability in financial operations or related fields.
  • Have some exposure to financial operations through internships, part-time roles, or entry-level positions in finance, accounting, or banking.
  • Experience working with cash management, accounts payables, receivables, or similar functions is ideal.
  • Hands-on experience in transaction processing.
