Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning offering, with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and supporting a successful Go-to-market execution.
We operate on a global scale with direct and indirect operations around the world and continue to expand across regions and product capabilities.
This is a primarily an Outbound Product Management function, helping drive revenue and position us in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement segment priorities through other CCH Tagetik functional organizations (Sales, Presales, Partner & Alliances, Marketing, Go-to-market & pricing, Development, Customer Success, Finance)
- Contribute to the growth of Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer
- Manage multiple complex international projects in the FP&A area
- Position FP&A & CPM externally (to Analysts, in Webinars, User conferences, and events) and internally (Sales Enablement, Marketing support, Pre-Sales support, and GTM support)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 10 years of enterprise software company leadership experience in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Performance Management (CPM) market, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) market, or Extended Planning (XP&A) market
- At least 5 years of enterprise software company Product Management experience
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and leading teams of people, projects of varying complexity, and the daily operations of the business while focusing on critical success factors
- Deep customer orientation with the ability to focus teams on providing premium service efficiently and economically
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences in English, including executive presentations to the most senior organizational levels
