Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in an international environment and be fluent in both German and English.
  • They will be required to process incoming customer requests and orders, check orders against customer and purchase order agreements, and respond to customer product inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for liaising with the logistics department to prepare and arrange the execution of shipment of goods, monitoring outbound activities, and ensuring correct pricing of customer orders.
  • Additionally, they will handle complaints and returning shipments, monitor the credit situation of customers, and liaise with the credit department and sales team.
  • The successful candidate will also be expected to work efficiently with all internal departments and external parties, and maintain, update, and file customer documents, records, and internal documents.
