Corporación F&M is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at MB Floor Solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.
• Identify and engage new customer segments and strategic partners, expanding our market footprint and fostering growth opportunities.
• Actively outreach to potential clients, scheduling and leading meetings to explore and secure new business opportunities.
• Deliver superior customer service support, managing inquiries and communications with promptness and professionalism.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining productive relationships.
• Innovative thinker, with a flair for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
• Commitment to excellence in customer service, with experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Compensation:
Sales Representatives will earn a commission rate of 5% on the total sale amount for each new client successfully onboarded. For existing clients, Sales Representatives will receive a commission rate of 3% after the first sale. The salary range is COP 2M - 6M/month, with a guaranteed first month salary of COP 3,000,000.
