Job Title: Global Head of Creative

At Avolta, we're on a mission to revolutionize the travel experience. As our Global Head of Creative, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's tone of voice, leading innovative campaign development, and ensuring high-quality, on-brand content across all channels.

About the Role

The Global Head of Creative will be responsible for defining the brand's creative tone, collaborating with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and align with Avolta's brand values. You'll develop guidelines and frameworks that articulate the brand's voice, ensuring all written and visual content reflects the desired tone and style.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and maintain the creative tone of voice for Avolta across all consumer-facing channels.
  2. Collaborate with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and align with Avolta's brand values.
  3. Develop guidelines and frameworks that articulate the brand's voice, ensuring all written and visual content reflects the desired tone and style.
  4. Lead the ideation and development of innovative creative concepts for campaigns, in close collaboration with Marketing Communication, product launches, and other brand initiatives across all retail and digital platforms.
  5. Oversee the production process for all creative assets, from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet brand standards and project objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a creative visionary with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the travel industry. You'll have a proven track record of leading innovative campaigns and developing high-quality, on-brand content. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring your creative vision to life.
