**Job Summary**
We are seeking an ESG Sustainability Strategist to drive our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data strategy, ensuring robust data collection, analysis, and reporting to meet internal goals and regulatory standards. This role plays a pivotal part in tracking and communicating our impact across ESG pillars, supporting data-driven decision-making, and advancing our 2030 sustainability agenda.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement Puig's ESG data strategy, aligning with the company's 2030 sustainability objectives.
- Ensure the integration of ESG data across the organization, providing transparency and measurable impact.
- Lead the design and deployment of data collection frameworks and tools to capture relevant ESG metrics.
- Oversee data management processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global sustainability standards.
- Analyze ESG data to provide insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
- Prepare and present high-quality ESG data reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in data management. ESG knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in data management, analysis, and visualization tools.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
**What We Offer**
In line with industry standards, we estimate the salary for this position to be around **€120,000 - €150,000 per annum**, depending on experience. The location is Barcelona, ES, 08902.
