Job Description

We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing revenue growth strategies for our properties.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales action plans for the group, corporate, leisure, and catering segments
  2. Analyze forecast, cost, and revenue reports to inform sales strategies
  3. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to enhance revenues
  4. Lead by example: assist in leading, training, and mentoring group/events sales managers
  5. Maintain and exceed the hotel and group standards to maximize profits and ensure outstanding guest service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel sales roles, with at least 3 years as a senior manager
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Good understanding of group, corporate, leisure, and event markets
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
