We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing revenue growth strategies for our properties.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales action plans for the group, corporate, leisure, and catering segments
- Analyze forecast, cost, and revenue reports to inform sales strategies
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to enhance revenues
- Lead by example: assist in leading, training, and mentoring group/events sales managers
- Maintain and exceed the hotel and group standards to maximize profits and ensure outstanding guest service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel sales roles, with at least 3 years as a senior manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Good understanding of group, corporate, leisure, and event markets
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills
