At Hewlett Packard, we're driving the digital transformation of the print industry with a focus on accessibility, agility, security, and sustainability. We're seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge digital printing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and drive the design vision and strategy within your domain for HP Industrial Print's digital printing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Lead the design process from concept to implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Champion user-centered design principles to create accessible, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design into product development processes.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our product portfolio.
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain at the cutting edge of design and functionality.
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience in designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Framer, Webflow, and ProtoPie.
- At least 2 years of experience in a product team, with a strong ability to guide ideation and feature development within your domain using a user-centered design framework.
- Deep understanding of technical constraints and the ability to design solutions that work across different platforms, including desktop and mobile (iOS and Android).
- Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process.
- Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy.
- Fluency in English (equivalent to C1 or higher).
