About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Partner to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche. As a key member of our Operations Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet customer requirements throughout the entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business results and customer value by identifying and implementing process improvements to meet business needs.
  • Perform activities as required to meet Quality Requirements (QR) goals and objectives independently, identifying improvements and implementing them with collaboration from your manager.
  • Act as a coach for colleagues with less experience and help them develop skills and expertise.
  • Document authoring and review as required to support changes.
  • Perform technical reviews, as applicable.
  • Prepare documentation for and participate in audits as applicable.
  • Complete all required training in learning solutions.
  • Responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring other quality managers or business partners, as applicable.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise, developing and implementing solutions to ensure that daily work is completed without jeopardizing compliance.
  • Communicate significant quality or regulatory issues and risks that may impact product quality or regulatory compliance in a timely manner to Executive Management.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science, Data Science, or a related subject or equivalent experience.
  • Has worked in more than one function within quality management and may have worked outside of Quality Management.
