We are seeking a skilled Regional Service Representative for UPS who will provide on-site services for our customers and their projects (mainly Data Center).

The role involves complex & critical projects in the field of Secure Power installations (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Startup & Commissioning on all equipment across the entire secure power (UPS) product range.
  • Evaluate unit installation (e.g., the quality of connections, assembly, readiness for start-up).
  • Evaluate system installation & operational conditions.
  • Ability to perform onsite adjustments to bring the units to the best running conditions.
  • Support customers in the installation, modification, and repair of the UPS product range.
  • Identify if the failure is related to a quality issue, software issue, or operational condition issue (Root cause Analysis).

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • 4 years of experience with commissioning or field service repair with secure power.
  • Confirmed experience with Secure Power installations (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches).
  • Experience with installation and commissioning in Data Centers is a real advantage.
  • Mandatory: fluent communication in English (B2+ level minimum).
  • Good software tools literacy: AutoCAD, MS Office, Acrobat.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for 70% of the working time.
