Ogury is a global adtech company that delivers personified advertising solutions grounded in privacy to brands, agencies, and publishers by focusing on targeting personas, not people. As a Sales Manager at Ogury, you will actively network and set appointments with local business owners to discuss their needs to provide comprehensive digital advertising solutions to better engage their customers.

About the Role

This role involves utilizing consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate them on the power of Ogury services to enhance business opportunities. You will work directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growth, manage territory through marketing strategies to engage local businesses, and manage and update Salesforce with all appointments, pitches, and pending dollars.

Essential Collaboration
  • You must be able to identify the interdependencies of the role – both within the team and the organization overall.
  • Each month, you are expected to hit budget and could exceed sales utilizing an array of methods from networking, exploring existing relationships, engaging decision makers and key influences, cold calling, etc.
  • You should be a compromised team player and execute the job with all the values of the company.
  • Serve as an industry expert to educate decision makers and build partnership by keeping up with the latest trends to break down barriers and close sales.
About You
  • You have a comprehensive background in sales, with a deep understanding of sales skills and tactics, including relationship development and management.
  • You have strong knowledge and experience within the Digital industry, bonus if you have experience working within Mobile.
  • You are a demonstrated collaborator and team player.
  • You actively take a proactive approach in your day-to-day and think ahead of the curve to provide solutions and value.
