Key Responsibilities- Lead Technical Data Projects: You will lead technical data projects autonomously to enhance the company's analytics capabilities. This will involve exploiting large-scale data warehouses, defining ETL and abstract data models, and documenting and maintaining code and queries.
- Define Squad Analytics and Reports: You will define the squad analytics and reports using Tableau/PowerBI to communicate results and monitor KPIs regularly.
- Generate and Execute Ideas: You will generate and execute ideas for exploratory analysis to shape future projects and provide action recommendations.
- Define KPIs and Present Findings: You will define KPIs and present findings to squad members and senior management to guide business and product decisions.
- Lead Discussions with Engineering Team: You will lead discussions with the engineering team to define and design everything required to satisfy our data needs.
- Help Design New Features: You will help design new features alongside product managers and engineers, giving data insights, measuring their performance, and testing their business impact.
- Develop Data Sources: You will develop Data Sources to use across the organization, thus empowering business by exploring data in a trusted environment.
- Alignment with Our Principles: You will have great alignment with our principles, which we take very seriously.
- Experience as a Data Analyst: You will have +3 years of working experience as a Data Analyst.
- SQL and Data Visualization Skills: You will be proficient in writing and understanding complex SQL and working with large data sets, as well as having working expertise of Tableau or PowerBI.
- Product Analytics Experience: You will have experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Datadog, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Education: You will have a graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
- Language Skills: You will be fluent in English and Spanish.
