About the Program

This internship program offers a unique chance to work with high-profile professionals, engage in international networking, and participate in cultural exchanges. As an intern, you will have direct access to work with experienced professionals and gain valuable skills and knowledge in the events industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in event planning and coordination
  • Communicate with clients and vendors
  • Help with the setup and breakdown of events
  • Manage event logistics and timelines
  • Assist with event budgeting and financial tracking
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments for event requirements
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide customer support
  • Assist in marketing and promoting events
  • Support the creation of event materials and presentations
