Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across search engines, social media, and Web3 platforms, optimizing for performance using data analytics tools.
  • Manage programmatic ad buying using automation tools for efficient real-time bidding and cost-effective placements, leveraging data insights to inform decisions.
  • Monitor and optimize social media ads using data-driven insights to adjust targeting, ad creative, and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Run Web3-specific ad campaigns, targeting blockchain communities while integrating smart contract-based tracking for user actions, utilizing data to measure campaign impact.
  • Implement tracking systems and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and blockchain explorers to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Set up marketing automation tools to streamline ad delivery, retargeting, and reporting processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and automate partnership tracking to measure campaign impact, utilizing data to inform future partnerships.
  • Overssee display ads and banner automation, ensuring efficient ad placements and continuous optimization for conversions, using data to drive decision-making.
  • Create and manage remarketing campaigns, targeting users based on prior engagement or website visits, leveraging data to tailor messaging and offers.
  • Integrate ad tracking pixels and conversion tracking across digital assets to improve data accuracy, enhancing the overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the team to design ad visuals and copy that align with campaign objectives, ensuring cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Monitor and manage ad budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and meeting monthly ad spend targets, using data to inform budget allocations.
  • Analyze competitor advertising strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain relationships with ad platforms and networks, staying updated on new ad features and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Generate automated performance reports, providing regular insights to stakeholders on campaign progress, using data to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, with a strong foundation in data analysis and marketing principles.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a focus on paid media campaigns, demonstrating expertise in data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic ad buying and real-time bidding, with experience managing programmatic ad buys and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Experience with Web3 advertising and blockchain technology is a plus, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks, meeting quality standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
