About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Seller Engagement to join our team at Amazon Eu Sarl (Spain Branch). As a key member of our Environmental Compliance team, you will play a critical role in driving sustainability and protecting our 3P Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the message across our legislations and implement it via the seller engagement specialists.
  • Create mechanisms to do more with less by improving productivity, a/b testing different messaging and optimizing our engagement pitch to maximize impact.
  • Drive seller engagement communication strategy for environmental compliance regulations.
  • Define and track the metrics and goals needed to measure conversion and increase success in the program.
  • Proactively identify gaps or blockers from associates to de-risk Head SPs.
  • Actively seek ways to improve seller engagement strategy on process efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of managers and associates.

A Day in the Life:

As Head of Seller Engagement, you will work closely with our de-risking managers to support their strategies, support your engagement team managers in their Seller outreach (1:1), and optimize messaging and other content to improve output.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Business Analytics / SQL experience.
  • Experience in designing, implementing and managing operations of technical products or online services.
  • Experience in tracking conversion funnels and leveraging the data to ensure clear communications that convince Sellers.
