**Overview of Qoria and the Role**

At Qoria, we're dedicated to providing a safe digital experience for every child. Our multi-platform parental control solution is used by millions of families globally, making us one of the leading brands in Digital Wellbeing.

We're seeking a highly competent and commercially results-driven marketer to oversee the marketing and content strategy for our Community product. As a full-time Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for executing marketing strategies across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C spaces, focusing on influencing and engaging school user personas while educating, acquiring, and nurturing parent user personas.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

  • Create and execute marketing strategies for the Community product across the entire funnel (B2B, B2B2C, and B2C) with a focus on influencing and engaging with school user personas and educating, acquiring, and nurturing parent user personas.
  • Collaborate with B2B Sales and Customer Success stakeholders in the US, Australia, and UK to collect feedback, understand regional needs, create actionable roadmaps, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with B2B marketing teams to ensure B2B products are optimally differentiated from our community offer.
  • Plan and create content ensuring the correct tone of voice to enable sales to convert new district customers to the community offering, support districts with communications to parents, engage with parents to maximize Qustodio adoption and conversion to premium, manage annual calendars, and coordinate B2B and B2B2C community marketing materials.
  • Lead brand awareness of the community, identifying opportunities, creating, and leveraging success stories.
  • Monitor channel activity and KPIs, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend ways to increase impact.

**What You'll Bring to the Table**

  • A proven track record as a highly competent and commercially results-driven marketer, preferably in the K-12/edtech space in the US.
  • Proven experience working with US and other English-speaking market customer personas, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and market trends in these regions.
  • The ability to craft powerfully persuasive communications that resonate with diverse audiences and drive action.
  • Fresh, innovative thinking to community marketing efforts, continuously identifying new ways to engage, inspire, and grow our audience.
  • A strong and persuasive creative writer who understands how to create compelling propositions, shorter form emails through to long-form content like papers and articles.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly energetic environment.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, combining data-driven insights with creativity to achieve results.
  • Operates autonomously, efficiently, and with a clear focus on outcomes.
  • Highly skilled in maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • A polished and confident presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to effectively convey ideas to a wide range of stakeholders.
