Marketing Expert

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Arganda del Rey, Spain. As a Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to developing marketing strategies and provide support to key customers in relevant categories. You will be responsible for leading category development approaches, identifying opportunities, and enabling Tetra Pak to achieve growth and market share ambitions.

This is a permanent position based in Arganda del Rey, Spain. We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Analyze and understand market trends and dynamics, sharing them with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop segmentation/positioning tools and models to highlight opportunities for customers.
• Work with relevant customers to ensure a constant flow of information and exposure to innovation.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and action plans; collect and communicate best practices and successful business cases.
• Deliver high-impact presentations to internal audiences and key customer meetings.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Not less than 5 years of experience in marketing/product management in food FMCG, with proven marketing knowledge.
• A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
• Fluent in Spanish at native speaker level.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Portuguese is nice to have.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable working in an international environment.
• Strong negotiation skills, flexibility, and open mind to drive decisions effectively.
• Ability to maximize profit through strong business understanding and customer orientation.
