We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Scrum Master, overseeing our agile processes and scrum meetings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing our development teams' efficiency, motivating them with a clear vision and drive, and implementing delivery-driven approaches.
As a Scrum Master, you will play a vital role in facilitating our work, removing impediments, and protecting our team from external distractions. Your expertise in agile practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS, is essential, along with excellent knowledge of Atlassian tools like Jira.
You will also support our Product Owners in managing the Product Backlog, refining user stories, and prioritizing work, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing value delivery by our Scrum Team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a remote team, utilizing your leadership, facilitation, teamwork, and analytical skills to drive collaboration and problem-solving.
To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and mentoring skills, as well as a good understanding of business and blockchain technologies. A strong collaborative mindset and time management skills are also essential.

With a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, you will be part of a fully funded company with an existing ecosystem of customers (50+) and partners. Our human-sized international company values diversity, with 10+ different nationalities represented among our team members.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitating Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate key Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Captain and Mentor: Coach and mentor the Scrum Team on Scrum principles, practices, and values.
- Impediment Elimination: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Servant Leadership: Adopt a servant-leadership approach, serving the needs of the Scrum Team.
- Team Shielding: Protect the Scrum Team from external distractions and interruptions.
- Collaboration Facilitation: Promote collaboration within the Scrum Team and across stakeholders.
- Agile Practices: Facilitate the adoption and continuous improvement of agile practices.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and track key metrics and progress towards Sprint goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Facilitate regular retrospectives to reflect on the team's processes and outcomes.
- Product Owner Support: Support Product Owners in managing the Product Backlog and refining user stories.
- Release Management Support: Support release planning and coordination.
