Brand Manager Inline Opportunity

The Brand Manager Inline leads the overall strategy, planning, and execution for the entire therapeutic dermatology inline portfolio at Galderma. This role partners closely with the global cross-functional team and directly reports to the Head of Global Therapeutic Dermatology Franchise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing positions, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience working with cross-functional teams. They should be able to clearly convey ideas and strategies to various stakeholders, use data and insights to inform decisions, and prioritize customer needs to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to maximize product awareness and growth.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with market access, medical affairs, regulatory, operations, regional, and country commercial leads to maximize portfolio potential.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to promote the brand and gather feedback.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.
