As a Regulatory Affairs Junior Specialist, your mission will be to provide support to all processes related to fragrance regulations under the responsibility of the Regulatory Affairs Department. You will work closely with our perfumers to ensure that their creations are compliant with international and local legislations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Control and study of different legislations, such as CLP, IFRA, and Cosmetic Regulation
* Coordination with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, perfumers, and Fragrance Development Managers
* Continuous support to perfumers and Fragrance Development Managers located in our affiliates in Singapore, Mexico, Turkey, India, and Dubai
* Continuously improve Eurofragance's Regulatory Systems to optimize and simplify processes
* Review and update our Regulatory Database
* Collaborate in the notification process of our fragrances to the different poison centers of the country where they are sold
* Ensure that the standard documentation of our fragrances is available for our customers
