We are seeking a passionate and skilled Industrial Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing continuous improvement methodologies across our Services Operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing lean manufacturing tools and execution tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance.
- Standardizing processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Identifying and reporting incidents or near misses that affect Railway Safety to the relevant authorities.
- Creating and managing KPIs to measure process performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working in similar positions.
- Applied knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Excellent English language skills (B2-C1 level).
- Desirable knowledge of SAP, Python, Visual Basic, Big Data, and Automation Process.
