Product Supply Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Supply Engineer to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for inventing, reapplying, and developing technologies to support the production process of our consumer products.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in two possible areas:

• Innovation Supply Chain for Wipes: You will be responsible for setting up new tools for long-term capacity planning, managing upstream finished product and material supply, and automating processes.
• Process Engineering for Wipes: You will support specific projects, implementing defined engineering work processes and ensuring project goals are met.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and prioritize projects, prepare budgets, supervise progress, and keep team members informed throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
3. Measure performance using project management tools and techniques.
4. Manage relationships with clients and relevant customers.
5. Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
6. Delegate tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skills, and experience levels.
7. Track project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
