Bell Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bell Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with luggage, including transporting it to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
• Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
• Arrange transportation for guests, including taxi cabs, shuttle buses, and limousine/sedan services.
• Communicate parking procedures to guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage, as well as move quickly and efficiently around the property.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
