The Opportunity
The Agricultural Worker and Immigrant Rights (AIR) Practice Group at ABLE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Attorney to lead our team in advocating for the rights of agricultural workers, immigrants, and refugees throughout Ohio. As a Supervising Attorney, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our practice group and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Attorney in supervising team members and legal work within the practice group, including overseeing teamwork, systems, and processes that advance organizational goals.
- Directly supervise members of the team, including directing individual work plans and conducting case and performance reviews.
- Take an active role in working towards achieving racial equity in our advocacy and creating an environment that promotes a diverse and inclusive culture.
Requirements
