Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Flight Instructor to lead our training operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality training programs, conducting regular quality checks, and collaborating with the ATO's management team to align training objectives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure full compliance with EASA or applicable regulatory standards and internal policies governing all aspects of flight training.
  • Take an active part in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes of flight instructors.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities to instructors.
Requirements
  • Hold a CPL (A) license with the valid highest associated ratings.
  • Have an instructor certificate with the privilege to instruct for at least one phase of the AB Initio training.
  • Have at least 2 years' experience of flight instruction training.
  • Have 1000 hours of flight time as a crew commander, and at least 500 hours of flight time at the position of instructor related to the flight training courses.
  • Have a valid class 1 medical certificate.
  • Have ICAO English level 5 or higher.
