We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Settlement Associate to join our team at WPP Finance in Madrid.
About the RoleThis role involves managing Procurement and Settlement activities, working closely with the Accounts Payable Manager.
Main Responsibilities- Process Supplier invoices and credit notes within agreed deadlines.
- Use ERP to manage supplier invoicing and ensure timely approval.
- Prepare payment proposals in accordance with agreed payment timetables.
- Provide regular reports and participate in weekly review meetings.
- 2 years' experience in Procurement and Settlement or similar field.
- Strong finance background and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The successful candidate will have a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
