We seek a commercially astute individual with a passion for the Life Sciences industry. This person will take full responsibility for managing and growing existing accounts within Pharmaceuticals, Agriscience, Academia/Government, and Consumer Goods sectors. The ideal candidate will possess the initiative and expertise to drive commercial growth, expand user bases, and build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing accounts in Pharma, Agriscience, and Consumer Goods sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and lead contract renewal drafting and negotiations.

You will develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve commercial growth targets. You will also identify and pursue opportunities to expand user bases and deepen product adoption within existing accounts. Collaboration with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support) will be crucial to tailor solutions and drive value for clients.

We require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field. A Master's degree, PhD, or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services, ideally within SaaS and professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets by managing and growing accounts within Life Sciences sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results.

A competitive salary range for this position is estimated between $90,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer an international team of professionals, fully paid sick leaves, onboarding and domain training for newcomers, and a flexible work schedule.
