Job Title: AI Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong software engineering background in Python, with a focus on FastAPI, Pandas, and NumPy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality AI models using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Implement Prompt Engineering techniques to improve model performance
  • Work with vector databases and embedding models to enhance model capabilities
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex is required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation
  • Experience with version control, small and regular commits, unit tests, CI/CD, packaging, and Docker

Contract Duration: 6 months with extensions
