Internship Opportunity with RMC Asia

RMC Asia is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a kitchen intern at a 5-star resort in Phuket, Thailand. This internship is part of our Cultural Exchange Programs, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the international hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking
  • Prepare ingredients for recipes (e.g., chopping, marinating)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations
  • Learn and follow standard recipes and procedures
  • Assist in plating and presentation of dishes
  • Monitor food quality and freshness
