Pool Attendant Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Pool Attendant to join our team at Le Meridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our pool area, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the pool area is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests.
  • Perform tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and repairs as required.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move around the pool area.
