Job DescriptionThe Last Mile Station Head is responsible for managing and leading their assigned station by ensuring the well-being of their team members, including Assistant Station Heads, Riders, and Inventory Clerks.
The ideal candidate will drive achievement and improvement of operational capabilities by taking an active role in resource management and achieving station targets.
Key responsibilities include assigning ownership and accountability for day-to-day station operations, adhering to standard operating procedures, and implementing directives set forth by senior management.
Requirements- BS/BA Degree in any field
- Experience in logistics or e-commerce industries preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a team lead role
- Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as warehouse management systems, is an advantage
