The Sourcing Excellence Manager will play a key role in optimizing the sourcing organization in the Spanish market, leveraging strategy guidelines on offer quality, best-in-class sourcing processes, and tools, and an efficient organization. This role will be responsible for rolling out all Global Sourcing projects in the countries, supporting Business Managers, Key Account Managers, and Sales Analysts on how to optimize their campaigns, both qualitatively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Identify areas for improvement and close relationships with Country Managers and local top management to define local action plans to global initiatives.
Transform key feedback into valuable insights for future implementation and roadmaps.
Define business requirements and needs to be addressed via projects, prioritize business needs, and build a business case.
Organize and prioritize project planning, set up and animate project governance routines, and regularly follow up and validate tech delivery.
Identify population of users impacted and level of impact, build change management, roll-out, and agile communication plans, and contribute to internal and external communication of the project.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in a Sales & Marketing department or in Consulting, with high exposure to project management.
Strong business acumen around sourcing excellence, a positive 'problem solver' attitude, and a drive for results.
Proactive, organized, and autonomous, able to move things forward, comfortable communication skills to manage collaboration and influence others, and analytical skills to derive business insights.
Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
