About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at AbbVie. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Parkinson's disease products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Insights
    • Lead digital listening and new channel research to strengthen our understanding of the market and customer needs.
    • Synthesize cross-stakeholder insights to inform our marketing strategy and drive business growth.
  • Channel Optimization
    • Optimize our channel mix to maximize marketing effectiveness and drive business results.
    • Advise cross-functional teams on the optimal use of channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Marketing Initiatives
    • Develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement.
    • Lead the tactical design and implementation of marketing campaigns to deliver holistic solutions and multi-channel opportunities.
  • Brand Planning
    • Develop and propose marketing inputs to the Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus.
    • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with healthcare providers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of marketing experience in Neuroscience, ideally with a diverse blend of healthcare and other industries and functions.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of the market, customer needs, and issues related to the therapy area.
    • Digital knowledge and experience.
    • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry business, policies, and procedures.
    • Ability to apply strong patient empathy and understanding of customer needs when developing tailored messages and materials.
    • Effectively manages projects and team members to ensure successful delivery of marketing-led initiatives.
