Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Experience Manager to join our team at zooplus. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality delivery experience for our customers across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advocate for our customers, driving the development of our last mile delivery service to meet their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with the EU-wide Operations Team to manage last mile delivery, setting customer expectations and benchmarks for each market.
  • Monitor market developments and services, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Coordinate projects to enhance delivery quality and customer experience, working closely with logistics, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Develop and implement long-term country strategies to achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Sound experience in logistics services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
