Job Title: Senior Manager Supply Distribution

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Supply Distribution to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing PLS's lodging trading health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define, set, and drive lodging trading health KPIs for demand partners
  • Deliver operationalization of agreed-upon initiatives, progress tracking, and reporting
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of longer-term strategic initiatives for our PLS Demand Partners
  • Act as the change agent for ongoing innovations, collaborating closely across Expedia's brands
  • Promote an environment where teamwork, open communication, engagement, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service are maintained and improved

What You'll Do:

You will be responsible for defining, setting, and driving lodging trading health KPIs for demand partners. You will deliver operationalization of agreed-upon initiatives, progress tracking, and reporting. You will contribute to the definition and execution of longer-term strategic initiatives for our PLS Demand Partners. You will act as the change agent for ongoing innovations, collaborating closely across Expedia's brands. You will promote an environment where teamwork, open communication, engagement, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service are maintained and improved.
