Production Support and Improvement Specialist

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking, and relating.

Internship Description:

An internal benchmark to drive and enable the achievement of business excellence through the application of the fundamentals of business improvement, based on lean and right-first-time principles, and associated methods and approaches, such as operational systems/Lean, problem solving, and quality standards.

Develops and contributes to the evolution and maintenance of the improvement benchmark, and leads the transfer and training of improvement concepts, principles, tools, and techniques, and the development of autonomy/competence in the business.

This work will provide the applicant a view of the current challenges of the plant in terms of the deployment and improvement of our Operating system. The internship will be done in the Plant Production Support Department, in the AOS (Airbus Operating System) area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the deployment and maintenance of the different solutions used in our operating system.
  • Support the development and deployment of local tools based on Google environment for managing our routines in the fields of Safety, Costs, and Delivery.

Requirements:

  • Recently graduated/Master students.
  • Studies in engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, mechanical, chemical).
  • English: negotiation level - Spanish: negotiation level.
  • Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in complex and international environments.
