Sr. Onsite Search Optimization Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Onsite Search Optimization Specialist to join our team at Axiom Software Solutions in Barcelona Sant Cugat, Spain. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days of work from home and 3 days in office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement robust onsite search strategies for digital direct business
  • Own onsite search regionally, contributing to company-wide knowledge by sharing best practices with stakeholders
  • Ensure best relevancy for onsite searches
  • Continuously increase click-through rates and conversion rates for keywords searched on-site stores
  • Optimize search bar results (pinning, boosts, etc.) and search result page dash facet optimization
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in onsite search optimization
  • Expertise in SQL and web analytics (HTML)
  • Data Analytics and Campaign management knowledge
  • No interaction with SEO Team; only interaction with Merchandising and Adv teams
